Hilton Gottschalk, MD

Dr. Gottschalk completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern at Dallas. After completing his first fellowship in pediatric orthopaedic surgery in San Diego, he continued his training with an additional fellowship in adult and pediatric hand surgery in Chicago. He treats hand and upper extremity injuries (both acute and chronic), including sports related injuries to the upper extremity. In addition, he specializes in cerebral palsy, arthrogryposis, and other congenital hand and upper extremity conditions. Dr. Gottschalk belongs to the Pediatric Orthopedic Society of North America, American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, American Association for Surgery of the Hand, American Society for Surgery of the Hand, and the Pediatric Hand Study Group. He currently practices in Austin, Texas and is on faculty at the Dell Medical School at the University of Texas at Austin.
